Property development can mean many things. When we came to Palma in 2017, we made two decisions to guide our involvement. First: we would be true to the spirit of the place. That means to carefully listen to the Genius Loci – the specific atmosphere of the buildings, and act on the terms of them.
     Second: We would spare no effort or expense when it came to quality. Not compromise with materials, neither sustainability. Mind and heart would have to walk hand in hand. Respect and responsibility would guide our way. We were not interested in mere profit.
     Rather, we would like to contribute to this – one of the Mediterranean ́s most eventful, mysterious and striking cities – Palma.

     We chose the overwhelming but faded beauty of the magnificent Palace of San Feliu.

Here we found 1400 square meters of Moresque, arched vaults, solid marble columns, opulent saloons with high ceilings and a stone-paved courtyard – large enough for several horse carriages.The palace was in decay. Yet in that decay was an irresistible Sleeping Beauty charm.

Now, after many years, we have renovated the building to an absolute unique top level. Nothing is left to chance. Local architects, construction managers, artisans, blacksmiths and interior designers have put all their knowledge, craftsmanship and soul into the work. The result is uncompromising, and even more than we aimed for. We are very proud to present this, our own, version of property development.
